2. Website Use
You may use the website for lawful shopping and informational purposes. You may not engage in fraud, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, submit false information, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property rights or abuse promotions, payments, financing or checkout functionality.
3. Product Information
SouthPaws makes reasonable efforts to display descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, features and prices accurately. Wooden products may vary reasonably in grain, shade, texture, knots, finish and weight. Screen and lighting settings may affect color appearance.
Review the product dimensions, intended dog size, materials, assembly requirements, included components and care instructions before purchase.
4. Pricing and Currency
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping, discounts and other charges will be shown during checkout when applicable.
5. Pricing Errors
If a product is displayed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, SouthPaws may cancel the affected order. Payment already collected for such a canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Placing an Order
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has entered fulfillment. Orders may be subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, identity or address verification, inventory confirmation and shipping eligibility.
7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
SouthPaws may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer information or violation of these Terms. If we cancel after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
8. Payments
You authorize SouthPaws and its payment providers to process the accepted checkout total. Available payment methods may change. Payment information may be processed directly by authorized third-party providers, and SouthPaws generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
9. Buy Now, Pay Later and Financing
Eligible customers may be offered BNPL, installment, financing or deferred-payment options by independent third-party providers. SouthPaws does not make their approval decisions, guarantee eligibility, determine credit limits, set their interest or fees, or control account servicing. Review the provider’s disclosures before use.
10. Financing Refunds
Returns and cancellations remain subject to the SouthPaws Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. An approved refund for a financed transaction is submitted through the original payment channel. The provider applies the adjustment, and customers should follow its payment instructions until confirmation.
11. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions may include dates, eligible products, minimum purchases, quantity limits, availability limits and combination restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined. SouthPaws may correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse or obvious technical error, subject to applicable law.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled under the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers are responsible for complete and accurate delivery information.
13. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Product Availability
If a product becomes unavailable or materially delayed, SouthPaws may contact the customer about delayed fulfillment, an alternative, cancellation or refund.
15. Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products may include a manufacturer warranty governed by that manufacturer’s terms. SouthPaws does not create or extend a manufacturer warranty merely by selling the item unless expressly stated. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Product Safety, Assembly and Placement
Follow all manufacturer safety, assembly, anchoring, maintenance and usage instructions. Inspect panels, hardware, heating components and accessories before use. Do not use a product that appears damaged, unstable or unsafe. Customers are responsible for appropriate placement, routine maintenance, animal supervision and compliance with property, zoning, homeowner-association and animal-welfare requirements.
A dog house is not a substitute for appropriate care, water, supervision, veterinary attention, climate protection or bringing an animal to safety during extreme weather.
17. Customer Accounts
Account holders are responsible for protecting login credentials and activity through their accounts unless applicable law provides otherwise. Contact us promptly if unauthorized access is suspected.
18. Fraud Prevention
Orders may be screened for fraud and security risks. SouthPaws or a payment provider may request information reasonably necessary to verify a transaction. False identity, billing, shipping or payment information may result in cancellation.
19. Intellectual Property
The SouthPaws website and its original text, graphics, design, logos and photographs are protected by applicable law or used under authorization. Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.
20. Third-Party Services
SouthPaws may use providers for payments, financing, fulfillment, shipping, hosting, fraud prevention, analytics and communications. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. SouthPaws is not responsible for independent services outside our reasonable control.

22. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain website accuracy, security and availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical issues, security requirements or outside circumstances may cause downtime.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SouthPaws will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website or product use. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from unlawful website misuse, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply based on a customer’s location.
